Ci\u00f2 tuttavia difficilmente ha influenzato le nostre abitudini culinarie quotidiane; in un mondo che va sempre pi\u00f9 di fretta e in cui tutti sono sempre pi\u00f9 impegnati, ci si rivolge di frequente al take-away o a cibi precotti e sempre pi\u00f9 spesso si perde l\u2019abitudine a cucinare e condividere con i propri famigliari o amici del buon cibo. Eppure, non \u00e8 necessario essere esperti o passare giornate ai fornelli per preparare dei piatti saporiti da gustare in compagnia. Questo \u00e8 il messaggio che vorrebbe trasmettere<strong> \u201cFood&amp;Music\u201d, il libro di ricette di Felicit\u00e0 Romagnoli<\/strong>, personal chef esperta di cucina italiana: cucinare piatti sani, buoni e leggeri \u00e8 alla portata di tutti, se si segue qualche opportuna indicazione. Apparentemente, si parla pi\u00f9 di \u201cfood\u201d che di \u201cmusic\u201d, ma, come spiega l\u2019introduzione, la musica \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che ispira l\u2019arte culinaria di Felicit\u00e0 ed \u00e8 un elemento irrinunciabile quando cucina.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.natividigitaliedizioni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/coverita.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"http:\/\/foodandmusicbook.com\/ noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13312\" src=\"http:\/\/www.natividigitaliedizioni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/coverita-375x500.jpg\" alt=\"food and music\" width=\"200\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a>Nelle oltre 300 pagine del libro, troverete uno spaccato di cucina italiana, reinterpretato secondo l\u2019arte dell\u2019autrice e con in mente un approccio \u201cleggero\u201d, povero di sale e olio, volto a valorizzare le propriet\u00e0 naturali degli ingredienti. Avremo quindi ricette di antipasti, primi e secondi di terra e di mare, ma anche contorni, dolci e, perch\u00e9 no, paste fatte in casa, salse, coppe di frutta, suggerimenti per la colazione e altro ancora. Un repertorio di proposte dove imparare nuove ricette, provare variazioni rispetto alle abitudini o alla tradizione, o semplicemente sfogliare alla ricerca di qualche spunto. Tutti i piatti sono corredati da svariate immagini \u201cin diretta\u201d, correttamente impaginate nella versione digitale senza appesantire eccessivamente il file, che ci guidano e che danno l\u2019idea, come confermato nell\u2019introduzione, di una cucina genuina, spontanea, vivace, creativa e curata ma senza spettacolarizzazioni e tecnicismi.In definitiva, l\u2019approccio cordiale ma comunque professionale di \u201cFood and Music\u201d rende la lettura gradevole e utile, la cura per i dettagli nel contenuto e nella forma lo elevano rispetto alla moltitudine di libri di cucina poco curati (non solo tra gli autopubblicati, ma anche di editori rinomati) che seguono la moda del momento e l\u2019approccio rivolto a una cucina sana e leggera lo rende appetibile (visto che siamo in tema) anche a chi vuole mantenersi in forma senza rinunciare ai piaceri della buona cucina.<br \/>Buona lettura e\u2026 buon appetito!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
